Jing might look like a young boy, but his extraordinary abilities rank him among the world's most dreaded thieves. Together with his feathered companion Kir, Jing journeys from one town to another, pilfering anything valuable regardless of how heavily it is guarded. Yet when he finds himself in a tight spot, he has an additional trick: Kir fuses with Jing's right arm to unleash the lethally effective "Kir Royale" strike. As a result of all this, Jing is notoriously called the "King of Bandits."

In this installment

Jing, the renowned King of Bandits, and his winged partner Kir become imprisoned within Seventh Heaven, the most infamous correctional facility in the world. They aim to steal the Dream Orb from the convict Campari, but before they can achieve that goal, they must find a way out of the dream prison that Campari has constructed.
