Continues the story of Genmukan: The Sin of Desire & Shame
Private investigator Satoru Kido is called to a large manor to search for a stolen jewel. Soon he realizes the situation goes much deeper, drawing him into dealings with a Lolita-dressed Mistress, an obedient maid, a classic butler, a hideous manservant, and a seductive tutor.

In Shinshou Genmukan, private detective Kido is convinced by his partner Mei to take on a new case involving protecting a client. When he arrives at the client's residence, Kido meets Ayano, the daughter of the employer Shibata, along with other members of the household: butler Shibata, janitor Imada, live-in maid Nozomi, and Ayano's tutor, Kaoru. Despite his questions, Kido receives unclear answers about what exactly he is supposed to do. As he investigates further, Kido slowly uncovers the hidden secrets that the family is keeping.
