Synopsis

Continues the story of Youkai Watch!

This new season of Youkai Watch continues to center on elementary schooler Keita Amano. The story picks up immediately after the original series ended, but takes place chronologically before the completed Shadow Side story arc, which is set three decades later.

The latest series introduces both returning and new Yo-kai. The comedic storyline revolves around the main characters from the original show: fifth-grader Keita (called Nate in the English dub), the ghostly butler Whisper, and popular Yo-kai like Jibanyan and Komasan. The original voice actors for these four characters reprise their roles in this newest installment.
