Rem leads an ordinary existence in the real world, yet within the dream realm she becomes a guardian assigned to protect humans from the malevolent entities that dwell there. When nightmare demons break through into reality, she fights them together with her shape-shifting companions, who can transform into a tiger and a wolf.
