Synopsis
Continues the story of Rei Zero
Tokyo was reduced to ruins after the successive major earthquakes of 2014. In response, the new urban core was established in the area that was once Nishitokyo. Meanwhile, Shinjuku and the submerged Minato wards deteriorated into impoverished slum districts. Moreover, following the Immigration Laws of 2040, these slums became home to an influx of refugees, mafia members, and terrorists, transforming the region into the world's foremost hub of crime. The year is now 2049, and this setting serves as the backdrop for two women who launch an operation to capture a dangerous drug dealer.
