Yao-Chinese Folktales is an animated anthology comprising eight distinct stories rooted in traditional Chinese heritage. These tales are "The Little Monster's Summer," "Goose, Goose, Goose," "Linlin," "The Country Bus Takes Away Wang Hai'er and the Immortal," "Xiaoman," "Birds and Fish," "The Convenience Store," and "The Jade Rabbit." Spanning various eras—from nostalgic depictions of rural life to futuristic science-fiction settings—each piece delves into fundamental questions of existence and human nature. This collection showcases Chinese creativity and embodies the core of Chinese cultural and philosophical thought.
