A compilation film of the Macross Delta anime series that incorporates new footage to present an alternate narrative. In the year 2067, Freyja Wion departs from her home village, fulfills her aspiration to become a member of Walküre, and begins to perform her songs.

In 2068, the hostilities between the Windermere Kingdom and the New U.N. Government have been ended by Hayate's Valkyrie squad and Tactical Sound Unit Walküre. To commemorate the ceasefire, Walküre stages a concert in Windermere, but a strange Heimdall battleship suddenly emerges and assaults the town.
