Synopsis
Kyou Sogoru, a high school student, lives an ordinary life in the scenic city of Maihama, dividing his time between swimming, hanging out with friends, and playing video games. But this routine shatters when the enigmatic and beautiful Shizuno Misaki invites him to jump into the school pool with her. That jump sends Kyou to a devastated world where humans battle extraterrestrial enemies called Gards-Orm with giant mecha suits named Zegas. Joining the human resistance group Cerebrum, he starts his mission to save humanity from complete extinction. Engaging in fierce battles, building connections with fellow Zega pilots, and seeing many comrades fall, Kyou grows more and more unsure about what is real and who he really is.
