Mars Daybreak

Synopsis

In a future where Mars is almost entirely covered by vast oceans, humanity lives on enormous floating city-ships that traverse these waters. Life is tough, with a struggling economy, scarce jobs, and high-priced, limited food supplies. Gram and his companions try to survive, but work opportunities keep shrinking. Amid this turmoil, some have turned to piracy to fight government corruption. One such pirate group is the infamous crew of the Ship of Aurora. The Earth authorities governing Mars have sent a new squad of military pilots to stop these pirates. Armed with their advanced mecha called Round Bucklers, their mission is to make the Martian seas safe for everyone. Unfortunately for Gram, he ends up in the wrong situation and finds himself fleeing alongside the most hunted pirates on Mars. To his surprise, he starts to grow fond of them.
