Synopsis

In 2008, the Japanese government launched a campaign targeting otaku under the guise of preserving national culture. Within a week, the SSC, a specialized enforcement unit, arrested nearly all otaku and seized their belongings. A passionate figure called Otaku Hero rises to oppose this oppression, rallying displaced fans into a resistance group dedicated to defending their cultural identity. Three years later, the rebellion's energy wanes along with otaku hopes. Guided by his ally, the magical girl Anarchy, Otaku Hero leads the resistance on a mission to reunite Anarchy with her fellow magical girls, Blue and Pink. The combined strength of these three magical girls may hold the key to overthrowing the SSC and protecting otaku culture.
