Synopsis

The General, a member of an alien group scheming to take over Earth and eliminate all life, also requires time off to recharge. Even as the Rangers work to disrupt his operations, they cannot prevent him from savoring small joys like observing pandas at the zoo, purchasing ice cream from a convenience store, and enjoying his well-deserved break from executing evil schemes.
