Synopsis
Created by Tezuka Productions to honor the new millennium, this animated special showcases the diverse roster of Osamu Tezuka's creations, famously referred to as the "Star System." Throughout the program, various characters receive awards recognizing their achievements over the years. Despite its existence, very little information about the special has emerged online, and it is currently regarded as a completely lost work.
