Synopsis
Continues the story of Encouragement of Climb
In her younger days, Aoi Yukimura loved climbing mountains with great enthusiasm. But after an accident at a playground gave her a serious fear of heights, she turned to indoor activities instead. Now a quiet and introverted high school freshman, Aoi has thrown herself so deeply into solo hobbies that she finds it hard to connect with others, leaving her with very few friends. Her life changes when she runs into Hinata Kuraue, a lively friend from their climbing days. Full of energy, Hinata eagerly pushes Aoi to take part in climbing again. Though reluctant at first, Aoi slowly realizes that bringing back this old pastime alongside Hinata brings back fond childhood memories. This helps Aoi gain confidence, build stronger friendships, take on new challenges, and find her love for climbing once more.
In this installment

Yet, upon seeing the climbing wall, Aoi becomes nervous, worrying about its towering height and intricate holds. Luckily, Kaede Saitou steps in to brief them on indoor climbing protocols, motivating the girls to take their turn. Even if the wall looks daunting and unbeatable, Aoi discovers that with some support from her companions, she just might conquer this obstacle.
