Synopsis
Continues the story of Futa-bu!
Feeling dissatisfied with the monotony of her high school life, Akane Niimura decides to join the Futa Club, a special group made up entirely of futanari—people who have female bodies along with male genitalia. The club's members focus solely on sharing intense sexual pleasure with one another. Even though she is interested, Akane faces a problem because she does not meet the physical requirements for membership. Because of this, she is accepted into the club as a "service specialist," meaning she takes on a supportive role, often used as a tool for pleasure by the other members. Despite her lower position, Akane feels satisfied and looks forward to the exciting opportunities the club offers.

The Futanari Club—often shortened to Futabu—has organized a trip to the Manra Valley hot springs for relaxation. Although they claim their goal is to investigate the local harvest festival for a school assignment, their true motive revolves around indulgence, especially because the thermal waters are rumored to have aphrodisiac properties.
