In a world where severe pollution has rendered the surface uninhabitable, humanity has constructed towering cities above the contaminated ground. Beneath the smog, a kingdom of mutants thrives, led by the formidable and curvaceous Phantom Lady. She commands her followers to attack those living above, specifically targeting and violating young women. Although law enforcement is aware of these demonic assailants, they lack knowledge of their origins or methods to stop them. Hope for salvation comes from an unexpected source: Angel Blade, a mysterious, magically endowed protector known for her revealing attire and powerful resolve. Moena lived an ordinary life as a college student until she learned that her father had concealed special abilities inside her. Dark Mother kidnaps Moena's stepmother Kyoka, a woman of generous proportions. Supported by a squad of scantily clad heroines, Angel Blade assaults the demon fortress. Guided by Nail, a dark-skinned succubus and former enemy, they penetrate the stronghold's core to confront Dark Mother herself.
