Synopsis
In "23:60," Qwer, a young man who mostly stays in his room absorbed in an online game, meets an avatar named Ame in an empty zone. Ame gleefully tells Qwer that the zone's owner has died by suicide in the real world. Together, they go into this altered space, which now contains a will and a relic. Director Toshiaki Toyama draws on his own experience with online gaming to show the subtle physical presence created through avatar interactions, highlighting the unique nature of human existence and the emotional detachment in the virtual world.
