Shinpi no Sekai El-Hazard
神秘の世界エルハザード
Synopsis
Makoto Mizuhara chooses to speak out against the rowdy student council president, Katsuhiko Jinnai, who is facing accusations of bribery from the recent elections. In retaliation, Jinnai pursues Makoto, who suddenly finds himself alone as time freezes for everyone else. While exploring the school grounds, Makoto discovers a glowing light in the sealed basement, where an ancient artifact has just been unearthed. As he approaches the relic enveloped in light, an ethereal woman appears, claiming to have waited ten thousand years for this moment. Weakened by the ages, she uses her remaining power to send the bewildered Makoto to another world called El-Hazard. Along with Makoto, Jinnai, the alcoholic teacher Masamichi Fujisawa, and Jinnai's determined sister Nanami are also swept into this new realm. There, they become entangled in the lives of its inhabitants, embarking on an adventure filled with humor, danger, and romance.
Background
