Synopsis

A side story from the original: Ai wishes to become a real woman, after believing she dreamed of her sister doing things with the doctor. Meanwhile, Ryuji Hirasaka wants to test his perverse experiments on Hikaru. Instead, the doctor becomes a savior to Hikaru and Ai through his new invention, which makes both sisters engage with each other, and Ai thinks it is a dream. The final episode concludes with the doctor and his newly wedded bride nurse, Ren, going into exile in a village to continue his medical practice—and of course, his experiments only on his bride.
