Synopsis
The educational film Hibike! Wadaiko focuses on Japan's Convention on the Rights of the Child. A group of kids at a community center are practicing taiko drums for an upcoming show. But local adult residents order them to stop, arguing the noise disturbs their peace. The instructor then explains the convention to the children, empowering them to stand up against the adults' view that kids should be quiet and obedient.
