Synopsis

In a future Tokyo recovering from past disasters, the Special Public Security Fifth Division Third Mobile Assault Eighth Unit—nicknamed Unit Eight—operates as a law enforcement team focused on capturing criminals who misuse dangerous wearable tech called Willwear. Though equipped with their own advanced Willwear, the unit frequently faces criticism for what is perceived as a disregard for standard procedures. When Asami Kazari joins as a covert government agent with orders from higher-ups to reform what she considers an inefficient group, she discovers instead a team of highly skilled professionals who bend the rules but get results. Now part of the squad, Asami and Unit Eight continue their mission to combat crime while confronting unexpected foes in Active Raid: Kidou Kyoushuushitsu Dai Hachi Gakari.
