Synopsis
After the townspeople flee their tyrannical mayor, Bart is left on her own. She turns discarded trash into dolls and hopes they will come to life. When the mayor finds out, he intends to burn both Bart and her dolls. During the struggle that follows, Bart's brother vanishes, and she becomes a displaced person.
