Synopsis
In the children's bedroom of the Amanogawa residence in the Shichifukujin neighborhood live five Engimon: Haruo (a papier-mâché dog), Kin-chan (a goldfish-shaped paper balloon), Hebikura (a bamboo snake), Chief Daruma (a daruma doll), and Koume (a kokeshi doll). They are constantly keeping watch over the family's two children, Himi and Yamato. One day, a strange Engimon appears from elsewhere, and Himi runs out of the house chasing after it. Much to Yamato's amazement, Haruo and the others come to life, and together they set off to rescue Himi.
