Synopsis
Rick Wheeler was a police detective who suffered a fatal car accident while chasing the criminal Zoda. He was placed in artificial cold sleep for 150 years. Jody Summer and Dr. Stewart revive Wheeler, working alongside a group of honorable racers who strive to keep prize money from falling into the hands of unsavory figures like the Dark Million Organization, which is led by Black Shadow and Deathborn.
