Synopsis
The JRA Hokan Keikaku is a collaborative effort between Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo and the Japan Racing Association. Its promotional content, titled "Unknown Horse" and "Birth of Eva-Impact," begins with the Spear of Longinus descending from the sky. Real-life jockey Yutaka Take informs Shinji, Rei, and Asuka about a confidential initiative. "Eva-Impact" denotes a humanoid thoroughbred produced by JRA and Nerv, classified as the "Final Battle Weapon Type Horse." This hybrid merges Nerv's cutting-edge technology with the DNA of renowned horses whose bloodline spans 150 years. The descent of the Spear of Longinus triggered the development of this weapon.
