Synopsis

Set in 2115, the region formerly known as Japan has become the "17th Far East Imperial City Management District." Its residents have accepted a new way of life promising tranquility, though it comes at the cost of certain former comforts. They believe their days will continue as usual, unaware of the looming catastrophe headed their way. A mysterious illness called "Degradation" is slowly spreading across the globe, causing human bodies to disintegrate into piles of sand. Tohru Kazasumi, an ordinary student, finds himself caught up in a cross-dimensional conflict between his own world and another universe known as "Frontier S (Stratos)." This battle pits him against a counterpart from an alternate reality, setting the stage for a clash of fates. Can either reality ever find peace?
