Synopsis
To celebrate the 15th anniversary of the .hack franchise, this three-minute animated special summarizes the key plot of the multimedia series. Chibi versions of Haseo and Kite appear to explain the important story beats, setting up new audiences for the upcoming launch of .hack//G.U. Last Recode. That edition of .hack//G.U. includes a brand-new chapter that moves the story forward and is scheduled for release in early November.
