Synopsis
In an alternate 2023, the revolutionary "smart thread" technology known as Your Forma, originally created to combat a widespread viral encephalitis outbreak, has become essential for everyday life. However, these seemingly convenient devices secretly record every visual, auditory, and emotional experience of their users. Echika Hieda, a skilled electronic investigator, regularly delves into people's memories through the Your Forma to gather evidence for solving complex crimes. Her exceptional ability often overwhelms her colleagues, causing them to suffer brain overheating and frequent hospitalizations. As a result, her superiors assign her a new partner, Harold Lucraft—a highly intelligent yet insolent android. Can this unlikely duo overcome their initial mistrust and prevent a perilous tech-driven contagion from engulfing the world before it is too late?
