Synopsis

Tokyo's dark underbelly is where private investigator Gokuu Fuurinji works, navigating the city's most dangerous areas. After noticing that every detective who looks into arms dealer Genji Hakuryu winds up dead, Gokuu realizes he must handle the case himself. His investigation uncovers the existence of humans altered with strange powers, and he nearly falls victim to an assassin's mind control. But his luck changes when a mysterious person implants a supercomputer into Gokuu's left eye, granting him extraordinary hacking abilities. With this new power, Gokuu is ready to take on the mastermind behind the deaths of so many of his fellow detectives.
