Saint Cecilia and Pastor Lawrence

Synopsis

In a modest church perched on a hill, Pastor Lawrence devotes himself to caring for Saint Cecilia. The local townspeople view Cecilia as a beacon of hope, thanks to her mysterious abilities that shield them from mental weakness and external threats. Though she appears graceful and composed in front of the villagers, Cecilia becomes much more relaxed and casual when she is alone with the pastor. Even as Cecilia acts as the community's guardian, Lawrence is equally determined to protect her. What Lawrence does not realize is that Cecilia holds deep romantic feelings for him. She joins him on his daily tasks and bestows her divine protection upon him every day. Despite her obvious attempts to show her affection—which Lawrence consistently fails to notice—Cecilia remains committed to deepening their bond.
