Synopsis
The Japanese painter FUKAZAWA Takeshi visually interprets the novel "La grenadière" written by Honoré de BALZAC. Over seventy tempera paintings are beautifully animated and assembled by FUKADA Koji for this Ga-nime, which depicts the story of a mother and child in the nineteenth century, accompanied by a musical score that underscores the entire experience. Through this, FUKAZAWA and FUKADA successfully recreate the atmosphere of the mansion so cherished by BALZAC, as the artistic images evoke the viewer's imagination and emotions in a manner that only a Ga-nime can provoke.
