Synopsis
Usavich (ウサビッチ), a title formed by blending the Japanese word for rabbit, "usagi," with a Russian-like suffix "vich" to create a pseudo-Russian flavor, is a series of animated shorts produced by Kanaban Graphics for MTV Japan. The show centers on an odd pair of rabbits locked up in a Russian prison. During the first season, spanning episodes 1 through 13, the narrative explores their peculiar everyday routines while incarcerated. The second season, covering episodes 14 to 26, recounts their bold breakout and the adventures they experience as runaways.
