Synopsis
D.I.C.E., which stands for DNA Integrated Cybernetic Enterprises, is a vast organization focused on responding to crises throughout the Sarbylion galaxy. One of its branches, DICE F-99, stands out because it is composed entirely of children. These young operatives are trained to manage any emergency, and when their abilities aren't enough, they depend on their Dinobreakers—vehicles that can shift into dinosaur-like forms—to accomplish their objectives. Constantly vigilant and ready, DICE is always prepared to take action.
