Synopsis

Continues the story of Wedding Peach

There exist three realms: the human world, the angel world, and the devil world. The wicked queen Raindevilla desires to annihilate the angel world with the assistance of her numerous devil servants. The goddess Aphrodite sends an angel named Limone to the human realm to call forth three love angels, who manifest as three schoolgirls—Momoko Hanasaki, Yuri Tanima, and Hinagiku Tamano. Together they become Angel Lilly, Angel Daisy, and Wedding Peach. The trio must battle the devils' evil forces while also navigating their own personal lives, collecting all pieces of the Sacred Four Somethings (or Saint Something Four), vanquish the evil queen, and bring peace back to the angel world.

In this installment

The four-episode OVA series Ai Tenshi Densetsu Wedding Peach DX (Deluxe), released in 1996–1997, offers distinct storylines and design updates with minor art style changes compared to the TV series. Each OVA centers on one of the Ai Tenshi and is tied to a specific season: Wedding Peach appears in summer, Angel Salvia in autumn, Angel Daisy in winter, and Angel Lily in spring. While these seasonal themes are present, the episodes are mostly self-contained, although they occasionally reference prior OVAs through comments by Hinagiku and Yuri. The stories take place two years after the Ai Tenshi's conflict with Reine Devila.
