Synopsis
Across the boundless cosmos, the end of humanity and all life on Earth is fleeting and luminous, much like a mayfly. The story is built around the idea of a "dayfly," a creature that lives only a single day, paralleling the course of one full day. The timeframe begins at midnight and concludes at the following midnight, weaving together three separate short tales.
