Synopsis
During a Christmas lights display in New York as part of an international exchange program, Tokyo Metropolitan Police officer Akari Kido is directing traffic when a witch-like being starts a "Christmas Party" stunt. Just as a speeding trailer truck is about to hit her, a mysterious girl appears out of nowhere and declares, "I will protect New York and Akari!"
