Space Ace

Synopsis

Accompanied by his daughter Asari, Dr. Tatsunoko of the Tatsunoko Research Center heads undersea to investigate strange radiation. There they find a giant shell, and the radiation turns out to originate from a globe within it. Asari then discovers a compact-shaped object containing a message, which states that an alien from Planet Parlum, a world on the brink of extinction, lies inside the globe. Suddenly, a peculiar-looking boy emerges from the globe and goes on a rampage. This is Ace, the very figure the message described. His superhuman strength is fueled by what is called space food, and he can take flight using the Silver Ring, which is forged from energy gathered instantly from the surrounding air. The ring also serves as a weapon against enemies. With the support of friends such as Asari, Ibo the robot dog, and Hermit Crab Reporter, he boldly takes action to resolve the many crises brought about by mysterious robots and ruthless alien invaders.
