Tottoko Hamtarou: Anime Dechu!

Synopsis

This project is the first animated series based on Hamtarou, consisting of four short episodes. Crawling Around, Hamtarou (ドラマ ~ もぐりこんだら ハム太郎): When Natsumi gets home, she discovers Hamtarou is not in his cage. She finds him hiding under her blanket, and he uses the moment to introduce himself to the audience. Hamuchanzu Corner ~ Biscuits in the Vase (ハムちゃんずコーナー ~ つぼの中のビスケット): Hamtarou and the Ham-Hams assist Bijou in retrieving a biscuit she dropped into a vase while dashing across the roof beams. After several failed attempts, Hamtarou offers to be lowered into the vase like a claw machine. The vase tips over and Hamtarou begins falling, but the family dog wakes up and catches him with a pillow. Bijou thanks Hamtarou as the episode ends, and the dog returns to sleep. I Love You, Natsumi-chan (ドラマ ~ 大好き、なつみちゃん): The episode starts with a heroic montage of Hamtarou, hinting that an important mission awaits. Before leaving for school, Natsumi pets Hamtarou and expresses her love for him. Misunderstanding this as a romantic confession, Hamtarou declares his own feelings to Natsumi, who regards him only as a pet. When Natsumi walks off with her crush, Shirohara, Hamtarou becomes determined to win her attention. He spends the day complaining to Wanta until exhaustion sets in. Later, Natsumi reassures Hamtarou of her affection, filling him with great joy. Hamuchanzu Corner ~ Yellow Happiness (ハムちゃんずコーナー ~ 黄色いしあわせ): Hamtarou and the Ham-Hams appear to be scheming to obtain some sunflower seeds.
