Flowers Will Bloom In Tohoku

Synopsis

In the bustling streets of Tokyo, Domo-kun and Charo encounter a mysterious girl who has not returned to her hometown since "that day." When Charo offers her a wreath of Gerbera flowers, the girl sneezes accidentally. Magical energy bursts forth from the Gerbera, and a flower train materializes from within a flower garden. The three board the train, which begins moving toward the girl's hometown. But a ferocious storm awaits them ahead. This animated short supports the reconstruction of areas affected by the 2011 Great Eastern Japan Earthquake.
