Synopsis

Ten years ago, Princess Krystal Novaty "Hime" Nokanatika escaped assassination attempts from a dark force in her world by fleeing to contemporary Japan, where she met Haruto Satou. She asked him to forget their encounter, and they developed a friendship. As Hime prepares to return to the Nokanatika Kingdom to fulfill her royal responsibilities, she says farewell to Haruto. However, when he unexpectedly remembers their initial meeting, he hurries to the location where Hime first appeared and passes through a dimensional gateway to reach her. Haruto's arrival disrupts Hime's wedding to Prince Marmarugias Gisaras. Suddenly, an abyssal monster invades, endangering Hime's life. In response, Hime exchanges rings with Haruto, bestowing upon him light-based powers that enable him to vanquish the beast. Known now as the Ring King, Haruto must marry four more princesses to acquire further magical abilities to combat the Abyss King, the villain threatening their world.
