Synopsis
In a world devastated by nuclear winter, humanity fights to keep control over a brutal, mutated landscape. With few resources and dangers hiding everywhere, people have constructed fortified settlements for safety, although some still live beyond those walls, surviving by hunting and gathering. Ren Xiaosu and his younger brother Yan Liuyuan are part of this vulnerable group of outsiders. Though not blood-related, the two brothers share an unbreakable bond, which allows them to gain superhuman abilities through sheer willpower. To guarantee their family's survival and protection, Ren Xiaosu sets out on a trip to Jingshan Mountain, facing threats from wolves, human-faced insects, and other mutated beasts. Can Ren Xiaosu conquer these obstacles and flourish in such dangerous conditions?
