Train stations in "Minky Momo: The Station of Your Memories" are not just places for transit but also hubs where lost and abandoned items—and even people—gather. On a rainy day, Minky Momo boards a train bound for her final destination, where she starts a conversation with an older man who is desperately searching for someone close to him. When he realizes he has left his passport on the train, Momo takes it upon herself to find him. While searching, she meets an alternate version of herself and a young girl who needs their help. That girl is deeply connected to the station and asks for their assistance in resolving her issues.

There is a legend about a bridge: when two people cross paths there, they are fated to meet again. Momo encounters a boy who doubts this story, so she promises that they will reunite in the future as proof. Over the following year, Momo goes to the bridge every day, hoping to see him again while subtly affecting those around her.
