Synopsis
The TV special adapts Tsuboi Sakae's novel, drawing from her involvement in Japan's anarchist subculture and her opposition to military buildup for the Korean War. The production merges live-action scenes directed by Akio Jissoji with animated segments helmed by Shigetsugu Yoshida. The special aired as a single television event.
