Nagi Umino is a diligent high school student, while Erika Amano is a prominent social media influencer. Their lives take an unexpected turn when they discover they were switched at birth. After this revelation comes to light, their families secretly collaborate on a plan to bring Nagi and Erika together with their biological parents and secure everyone's happiness by arranging their engagement. Upon learning of this scheme, Nagi and Erika strongly reject taking part in what they consider an absurd arrangement. With both families holding their ground, it remains uncertain how the relationship between these two will develop as time passes.

After realizing they were switched at birth, getting engaged, and choosing to cohabitate, Nagi Umino and Erika Amano have worked through many hardships. With Nagi's sister Sachi and his crush Hiro Segawa now living under the same roof, the group deals with everyday routines and frequent arguments, gradually adjusting to their unusual arrangement. The situation grows more tangled when Nagi’s childhood friend Ai Mochizuki returns from overseas. Ai unexpectedly announces that she intends to marry Nagi, and though he refuses, she remains determined to win him over. Surrounded by four girls who each hold different feelings for him, Nagi must sort out his own emotions and decide what to do next.
