Synopsis
In Neo Kyoto, a city where everyday life and social hierarchy are dictated by the card game Build Divide, mastering it is essential for gaining influence and status, with the highest honor being the title of King—a position that grants absolute authority over the metropolis. Teruto Kurabe arrives in this world with only his name and a deck of cards, having lost all recollection of how to play. Sakura Banka serves as his guide, teaching him the rules and stressing that his primary objective is to challenge the King, no matter what. They discover that the Rebuild tournament offers the best opportunity for such a confrontation, as the winner—determined by collecting twenty-one tokens—earns the right to face the current King. As Teruto advances through the tournament, fragments of his forgotten past begin to surface, causing him to doubt the true nature of Neo Kyoto.
