Synopsis
In Tokyo during the early 2000s, Isobe, a member of the villainous Ganglion syndicate, is constantly locked in combat. From the "Tokyo Cedar Pollen Operation" to the "Mount Fuji Demolition Plan," Isobe fights clad in nothing but a bodysuit yet is repeatedly defeated by the hero Hopeman. As Isobe puts up with unreasonable superiors amid the rise of the compliance era, their story is told as a workplace drama, capturing the poignant existence of a salaryman soldier.
