Under the scorching desert sky, Éclair, a lone girl tasked with protecting the "Phoenix Stone," journeys onward. Though she harbors a strong aversion to magic, the Stone's energy animates her handcrafted plush toy, bringing it to life. Feeling the joy of companionship for the first time, she names it Momon. Together, they set out on a quest through Fiore, led by the Phoenix Stone.

In the mountain range of northern Fiore lies the Fire Village, where a deep-blue relic called the Phoenix Stone is kept, holding ancient phoenix power. The stone is guarded by a solitary woman named Éclair, who wanders without recalling why she protects it or where she must deliver it. When she crosses paths with the wizard guild Fairy Tail, Éclair asks Natsu Dragneel and his companions to help uncover the stone's secrets. But during their investigation, Éclair is attacked and the stone is stolen, exposing a sinister plot to revive the fiery phoenix and command its unmatched strength. Now the members of Fairy Tail must unite to stop the phoenix's rebirth and prevent catastrophe across the globe.
