Synopsis
The narrative follows a salaryman after his wife abruptly abandons the household. At a loss for his next move, he receives an appeal from his mother-in-law, Sayuri, who volunteers to fill his wife's role. Once they begin cohabitating, he gradually develops romantic feelings for Sayuri, and she returns his growing affection.
