Anpanman: Dororin & the Transformation Carnival

Synopsis

The story takes place in Obake Town, where every object and being can transform into something else. Anpanman and the others are invited to the Bakeru Carnival, a festival where shape-shifting experts entertain the crowd. Dororin, a local resident who is unskilled at transforming, cannot enjoy the carnival wholeheartedly. After a chance encounter with Cream Panda, the two become friends and set off into the forest in search of the Black Cape, a legendary item said to hold the world's greatest transformation powers. Baikinman is also after the cape, intending to use its power to rule Obake Town. Now Anpanman, Cream Panda, and Dororin must protect the town.
