Synopsis

Continues the story of True Tears

In "True Tears," Shinichirou Nakagami appears to have an enviable life, living under the same roof as the talented Hiromi Yuasa. But ever since Hiromi's mother died, the once lively and cheerful Hiromi has become distant and withdrawn. While his classmates mindlessly envy him, rumors spread after Shinichirou becomes friends with Noe Isurugi, a girl known for actually casting curses on her peers. When Noe places a curse on Shinichirou, a pair of pits form, making the curse rebound and turning her beloved chicken, Raigomaru, into a raccoon. Strangely, Noe does not cry over this; her tears have been stolen from her. To regain her ability to cry, Noe needs someone else's tears, and Shinichirou identifies a person whose tears he intends to take.

In this installment

The three-minute music video, included with the Blu-Ray release, serves as an epilogue shown after the episode 13 credits. Although called an epilogue, it depicts events between the final scene with Hiromi and Shinichiro and the ultimate conclusion focusing on Noe and her new companions. This short animation adapts the three drama CDs that were released on June 25, 2008.
