Synopsis
Beneath the glittering night sky, the elusive phantom thief known as Joker pulls off a series of daring heists, stealing precious treasures. Often pursued by the relentless police detective Dokusaburou Oniyama, Joker escapes capture using an array of tricks that blur the line between science and magic. While attempting to steal the "Dragon Gem" from a pompous millionaire's mansion, Joker meets Hachi, a clumsy yet earnest ninja. Hachi also wants the gem and admires Joker, but initially comes across as a nuisance. Nevertheless, the two work together effectively and pull off the heist. Joker eventually appreciates Hachi's cleverness, courage, and practical household skills, leading to Hachi becoming Joker's reluctant apprentice. With new targets in sight, Joker and Hachi clash with other phantom thieves, dealing with a mix of old allies and new foes. Joker continues striving to cement their position as the greatest "magician" under the radiant night.
